Roller Conveyor Systems
We design and manufacture conveyors and conveying systems from different modules to complex turn-key projects. Our conveyors are currently used for handling in the aggregates industry, automotive industry, food and beverage industry, in logistics centres, for airport baggage and cargo handling and in the postal industry.
Roller and belt conveyors
are widely used in transportation systems because of their simplicity, economy and ease of maintenance. Factors limiting the use of conveyors are generally related to specific handling requirements, the unit load and site conditions.
Conveyor Design
Non-powered roller conveyors
form level push lines or graded lines utilizing the natural force of gravity.
Continuous chain drive live roller conveyors
are driven by one continuous strand or loop of chain, engaging a sprocket attached to each driven roller, causing the roller to rotate. One sprocket is required for each driven roller. Roll to roll chain driven live roller conveyors - power is transmitted from roll to roll via short chain loops, each of which encircles the sprocket attached to the adjacent driven roller, causing each to rotate. Two sprockets are required for each driven roller.
Belt driven live roller conveyors
use a roller bed for the carrying surface and a belt as the driving medium.
Line shaft driven live roller conveyors
have rollers driven by drive belts powered by a rotating shaft.
Belt conveyors
use a flat belt as the carrying medium. They are used for the controlled movement of a great variety of regular or odd-shaped loads, from light and fragile items to heavy and rugged unit loads.
Chain conveyors
use a chain as the carrying medium.
